The Hakko Flat Pack Removal Tips speed removal of SMD packs though direct heating of the soldered pins.
Attach a tip matching the component to the 900M-1000 Tip Holder and attach the assembly to a 907 or 900M Hakko handpiece.
Apply the heated tip to the component to be removed. When all solder is reflowed, simply lift the component with a pair of tweezers or the Hakko FP pick-up tool.
Tips can be exchanged on the tip holder when removed from the handpiece, but having tips with their own Tip Holder improves effeciency when changing tips.
