The MT-4090 has a wide range of test frequencies up to 200kHz, and many measurement parameters including Z, L, C, DCR, ESR, D, Q, and θ. The MT-4090 series is designed for both component evaluation and fundamental impedance testing for bench-top use.
The supplied Kelvin clip test set can give a convenient connection to larger components and assemblies with high accuracy. The optional TL-09B Component Fixture allows quick testing of discrete leaded components while the optional TL-09A SMD test probe makes testing SMD components quick and accurate.
The RS232C interface can give an attractive, cost effective solution for logged quality assurance and incoming inspection operations, making the MT-4090 series a valuable addition to an engineers work bench.
