| 1. Artwork | |

Any opaque image on a translucent or transparent background will do. Laser printed images on Laserstar, or inkjet on Jetstar can produce excellent results, with high contrast to give best results. Positive or negative artwork can be used. |
| 2: UV Exposure | |
 |
The Artwork and Imaging Film are exposed together in a UV exposure unit. No dark room is required. Quick-Mark sheets are a large 305 x 508mm and can be pre-cut to the approximate size of the finished panel, label or sign. Kinsten KVB-30D UV exposure box (not shown) is suitable for image exposure. |
| 3: Peel | |

The exposed Imaging Film is placed on the adhesive covered Peeling Board. Peeling boards can be re-used many times with an expected life of 1-2 years, subject to usage patterns and storage conditions. The two layers of the film are peeled apart. The top layer will be a reversal of the artwork and the bottom layer a positive duplicate. |
| 4: Laminate | |
 |
Select either piece of peeled film to laminate to the Base sheet of your choice. Using the piece of Imaging Film with the emulsion underside makes the label self laminating. Application Fluid and PA1 applicator helps with the positioning and smoothing of the film on the adhesive covered base sheet. Apply the optional Over-Laminating Film to protect or alter the gloss appearance. |

Trim the finished Quick-Mark™ label to the required size. |
